 I am excited to help your child love to read and be able to read confidently and successfully! As an Early Childhood Educator, certified Fun Family Phonics tutor, and Home Educator, I have had more than 25 years of experience helping and encouraging children along their learning journeys. I had the honor of teaching and supervising Muriel's Endersby's Mountain View Preschool and junior kindergarten program in White Rock, British Columbia, Canada for several years. Muriel is the author of the Fun Family Phonics literacy program. I have had experience teaching and tutoring children to read successfully individually and in groups in both Canada and the United States. As a Home Educator, I have taught phonics, reading, writing, and spelling to my own children. I have experience with new English language learners as well as children with learning differences and a variety of special needs. I would love to help your child learn to read, write, and spell well, build their confidence, and improve their academic skills.
